The slipover should be knitted with a positive ease of 6 - 12 cm. The size is determined by your real bust circumference, which is approximately (78 - 84 cm) 85 - 92 cm (93 - 100 cm) 101 - 108 cm (109 - 116 cm) 117 - 125 cm.
